Errand Service

Errand Service

West Seattle Errand Service was developed for busy people, from executives to new moms, and parents caring for elderly parents. For many people, finding time to do all the “little things” can be time consuming, and that takes away from family, work, and enjoying life. The goal at West Seattle Errand Service is to help you with all of your errand needs so you will have time for the things that are most important in your lives.
West Seattle Errand Services was created in 2010, and is owned by Genevieve Baleto. Genevieve has a degree in psychology from the University of Washington. She has spent the last 13 years working in customer service for an airline. In this position, one of Genevieve's principle responsibilities is attending to customer needs. While half of her time is devoted to the administrative details of her job, the other half is spent dealing with internal customers, assessing their needs and delivering a service that exceeds their expectations.

As the first day of school approaches, everyone, from kindergarteners to graduate students, aspire to do better this year. To expect more of themselves. To overcome their challenges. And I commend this general trend of self improvement, truly I do. All I'm saying is – let's take it one step at a time. Just like we need to be mindful and compassionate with every other form of behavior change – diet, smoking cessation, whatever is difficult and new. Why not go at our decisions with full speed? Because new habits take time to form new paths in our brain, and we need to allow for this transformation to occur. Or we fall in the water, just like I did.

Chem Dry

Chem Dry

As an example, wine may exhibit a visible effect called "tears", as shown in the photograph. The effect is a consequence of the fact that alcohol has a lower surface tension than water. If alcohol is mixed with water inhomogeneously, a region with a lower concentration of alcohol (greater surface tension) will pull on the surrounding fluid more strongly than a region with a higher alcohol concentration (lower surface tension). The result is that the liquid tends to flow away from regions with higher alcohol concentration—along the tension gradient. This can also be easily demonstrated by spreading a thin film of water on a smooth surface and then allowing a drop of alcohol to fall on the center of the film. The liquid will rush out of the region where the drop of alcohol fell.
