Sometimes, you'll get more offers if you ask a higher price rather than
an unnaturally low price. I guess this can have something do to with the
buyer's concept of "you get what you pay for". Many people, when they
see a very low price tag on something that they *know* must have
required a lot of work to produce, they'll wonder why it's being sold
for so little....and perhaps even avoid it, thinking that something must
be wrong with it. On the other hand, a shrewd (and lucky!) buyer will
snap it up and know that it was a "steal" (that the seller didn't get
anywhere near what they could have gotten, just because he asked too
little for it).
