Attorneys representing four boys accused of raping and sexually
abusing two girls took turns Thursday in New City court challenging a
psychologist’s contention that the girls were emotionally fragile and
should be allowed to testify by closed-circuit television.The
defense wants the two girls, ages 14 and 12, to sit in Rockland Family
Court and face the boys they are accusing of rape and sexual abuse in
June at a Chestnut Ridge house.
