Bridal Shower Cookies

Whether it is a brunch or mid-day meal, champagne is an excellent way to celebrate. Spice it up a little by making mimosas for a brunch or spritzers for an afternoon meal. If you prefer not to have mixed drinks, set out a classic white wine like a pinot grigio along with a variety of fresh squeezed juices, water and fruit-flavored teas.Have trays of appetizers out and ready while guests are arriving. Set out a delicious spread of fruit, cheese, miniature sandwiches ranging from the classic cucumber to chicken salad and pimento cheese and dainty canapes. Another option, if your bride and guests are fans, is a mixture of different sushi rolls.
