Sup Paddles
As you start paddle boarding, you will feel little tweaks in muscles
you never realised you had! Different sports use different muscles,
and the new stand up paddle boarder will be awakening muscles that
don’t get much of a workout in general life. It won’t be long before
one’s body becomes used to the regular use of these muscles, and the
stand up paddle boarder will quickly find that they tone nicely, and
contribute to an overall feeling of bodily strength.
