I hear you, on all levels. As I said in one of my other replies to you,
I too have back problems. I also have OA, fibromyalgia, and
Interstitial Nephritis of the kidneys(no pain involved with that) But
need to be careful with meds.With my back problems I had a bone spur on L5 that caused nerve
damage to my left leg. The pain, numbness, and deep gnawing achy pain
was at times unbearable. I to refused to DRUG myself up. I did take
Mobic(cox 2 inhibitor), did the ice, heat, aleve, exercise, and cried alot. So yes I know what pain can do, and the reason you don't want to feel like a Zombie.
